How do I reset a driver's password?
Admins can reset driver passwords directly from the Fleet Management dashboard. Navigate to Drivers > Select Driver > Edit Profile > Reset Password. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the driver.
Is the system down?
You can check our real-time system status at any time by visiting our Status Page. We post updates immediately if any service interruptions occur.
How do I add a new vehicle to my fleet?
Go to Assets > Vehicles > Add New Vehicle. You'll need the VIN, make, model, and license plate number. Once added, you can assign it to a driver or route immediately.
Where can I find my billing invoices?
Billing invoices are available in the Admin Portal under Settings > Billing & Subscription. You can download PDF copies of all past invoices.
