Information you provide

When you submit a pilot request or contact LogisAI, we receive the contact, company and operational information entered in the form.

How it is used

We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate whether a controlled pilot may be suitable, operate the website and protect it from abuse.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, communications and security providers used to operate the website and respond to inquiries. We do not sell pilot-request information.

Operational product data

Customer operational data used in the LogisAI platform is governed by the applicable customer agreement and product documentation, not solely by this marketing-site notice.

Phone numbers and text messages

We process phone numbers in two ways. Account holders provide their own number for account verification. Delivery recipients' numbers are provided to us by our customers — the businesses arranging the delivery — solely so we can send notifications about that delivery.

We use recipient numbers only for delivery-related messages. We do not use them for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties other than the telecommunications provider that delivers the message.

Opting out stops delivery notifications for that number across all shipments. Reply STOP to any message, or contact privacy@logisai.com.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through this website, subject to legal and operational requirements.
