When you submit a pilot request or contact LogisAI, we receive the contact, company and operational information entered in the form.
How it is used
We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate whether a controlled pilot may be suitable, operate the website and protect it from abuse.
Service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, communications and security providers used to operate the website and respond to inquiries. We do not sell pilot-request information.
AI providers. Some features use AI models run by other companies: Google (Gemini), DeepSeek and TypeSafe. Before any text is sent to them, LogisAI replaces people's names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses with placeholders, and rounds map positions to about a kilometre. The AI provider sees the placeholders, not the details, and LogisAI puts the details back only inside its own systems. These providers process the text to return an answer to LogisAI.
Operational product data
Customer operational data used in the LogisAI platform is governed by the applicable customer agreement and product documentation, not solely by this marketing-site notice.
LogisAI learns general operational patterns across its customers, as described under "Learning across customers" in the Website Terms: how long work takes at places, types of places and types of service, how fast roads are by time, and which operational changes worked. It never shares with another customer your customers or the people you deliver to, any person's name or contact details, your prices or your costs.
Phone numbers and text messages
We process phone numbers in two ways. Account holders provide their own number for account verification. Delivery recipients' numbers are provided to us by our customers — the businesses arranging the delivery — solely so we can send notifications about that delivery.
We use recipient numbers only for delivery-related messages. We do not use them for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties other than the telecommunications provider that delivers the message.
Opting out stops delivery notifications for that number across all shipments. Reply STOP to any message, or contact privacy@logisai.com.

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through this website, subject to legal and operational requirements.
