These terms cover use of this website. Product subscriptions and pilots are governed by a separate written customer agreement.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about LogisAI and submit genuine business inquiries. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Product information

Website descriptions explain current direction and capabilities at a high level. Demo data is illustrative and is not a customer result, guarantee or binding service commitment.

Pilots and services

Submitting a pilot request does not create a contract, reserve availability or guarantee acceptance. Any pilot, subscription, service level, data-processing term or commercial commitment must be agreed separately in writing.

Intellectual property

The website, product names, software concepts, text and visual materials are owned by LogisAI or their respective licensors. No rights are granted except ordinary viewing and evaluation of the website.

Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

SMS messaging

LogisAI sends two kinds of text message, both transactional. We never send marketing or promotional messages by SMS.

Account verification. A one-time code, sent only when you request one from your account settings.

Delivery notifications. Arrival estimates and delivery status for a shipment currently in transit to you. These are sent only where the shipper has provided your number for delivery purposes. Frequency varies by shipment; a recipient receives at most three messages in any four-hour period.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact support@logisai.com.

If you are a LogisAI customer supplying recipient phone numbers, you are responsible for obtaining each recipient's consent to receive delivery notifications and for promptly passing on any opt-out request you receive directly. This obligation is set out in your customer agreement.
